Our 2026 Soccer Program has now concluded!
The 2026 soccer program included a preseason fitness component, which will transition into Strength and Conditioning sessions at Mildura Strength and Performance Centre. Athletes will also receive multiple high level soccer clinics to further their development. Further benefits include education sessions and modules and membership benefits.

Our new 2026 Golf Program is now commenced!
The 2026 Golf Program will run from 26th April 2026 and run until October 17th, 2026, the program will be led by PGA Professional Tim Walker, who is excited to work consistently with emerging golfers to support their development across all areas of the game. The program will also include weekly Strength & Conditioning sessions at Mildura Strength and Performance Centre. There will also be an athlete education component and other membership benefits.

Our 2026 Tennis Program has now commenced!
Our 2026 Tennis Program provides athletes with a comprehensive high-performance development experience. Led by Head Coach Cameron Phillips, athletes will benefit from weekly on-court coaching, tailored strength and conditioning sessions, a specialist clinic with a Tennis Australia High Performance Coach, athlete education, nutrition support, Mildura Waves membership, and opportunities to attend both the Tennis Victoria High Performance Day and the Victorian Regional Academies of Sport Inter-Academy Challenge. Designed to develop well-rounded athletes, this program supports performance both on and off the court.

Ruby has come a long way since she first joined the Sunraysia Academy of Sport's Individual Athlete Program, and her achievements are a true credit to the program's success.
Her strength and conditioning are two of her most noteworthy accomplishments. Significant gains in strength and endurance have been seen with the program's organized conditioning activities, and these gains are directly translating into improved track performance.
She is acting with a more upbeat attitude about her training. Ruby has been able to overcome obstacles and setbacks and grow more resilient and motivated as a result. She is demonstrating dedication to her training program, exhibiting improved attention and poise under duress, accepting constructive criticism, and persistently aiming for progress.
