Our 2025 Soccer Program is now open for applications!
This program will include 16 Strength & Conditioning sessions, along with education sessions and fitness testing. The program sees the exciting return of Pro License coach Fabrizio Soncin for a 2 day clinic with advancement thanks to online education with Fabrizio.

Our new 2025 Individual Athlete Support Program is now taking applications!
Participating athletes will benefit from 12 specialized Strength and Conditioning sessions, tailored to their specific sport. In addition, they will undergo fitness testing and receive Athlete Education. Make sure to reach out if you would like to look at joining this program.

Our new 2025 Golf Program is now open for applications!
The 2025 program will include 14 Golf technical training sessions with experienced coach's Mike Mckenzie, Greg Rhodes and Garth Doherty, along with 16 Strength and Conditioning sessions with Harley Cole, plus High Performance Day opportunities thanks to Golf Australia. The program will also include fitness testing and athlete education.
This program is proudly supported by the Victorian Golf Foundation, Golf Australia and Drummond Golf Sunraysia Golf range.
Our 2025 Tennis Program is now open for Applications!
This exciting opporunity will include Tennis training sessions and Strength and Conditioning sessions with experienced coach Cam Phillips, along with a high performance tennis clinic with global professional coach Matt Gregory. The program will also include a high performance day and inter-academy challenge. Along with athlete education.

The 2024 Netball Program has now concluded. The program featured 12 Strength and Conditioning Sessions, Athlete Education Sessions, and a special Netball Clinic hosted by Madison Browne on Saturday, October 26th. We are honored to have the support of Netball Victoria for our program. Keep an eye out for our 2025 Netball Program.
The 2024/2025 Swimming Program has now commenced! The new program will feature 20 coached Strength and Conditioning Sessions, 5 Swim Clinics with Josh Barila, along with fitness testing and athlete education throughout the program.
The 2024/2024 Athletics Program has now commenced! This program will feature 2 high-performance clinics, thanks to Dennis Lorenzin (Level 4 Elite Performance) and Martin Shephard (Level 3 Performance Coach). The Program also features 18 Strength and Conditioning sessions, along with fitness testing and education sessions.

This program will include 16 Volleyball training sessions with experience local coach Adrian Fox, 1 Volleyball clinic with Dylan Lucchesi, 16 Strength and Conditioning sessions with Harley Cole plus much more!

Ruby has come a long way since she first joined the Sunraysia Academy of Sport's Individual Athlete Program, and her achievements are a true credit to the program's success.
Her strength and conditioning are two of her most noteworthy accomplishments. Significant gains in strength and endurance have been seen with the program's organized conditioning activities, and these gains are directly translating into improved track performance.
She is acting with a more upbeat attitude about her training. Ruby has been able to overcome obstacles and setbacks and grow more resilient and motivated as a result. She is demonstrating dedication to her training program, exhibiting improved attention and poise under duress, accepting constructive criticism, and persistently aiming for progress.
